One of the most fun things about Facebook is that you can tag your friends in virtually any post in Facebook by tagging his name in a comment. However, what if you don’t know how to tag someone in Facebook comment? Well, the good news is that there are two different ways you can tag someone in a comment. First off, you can tag a person in a comment by clicking on the comment bar and typing the “@” sign along with the name of your friend. Upon doing this, you should be able to see a dropdown containing the name of your friend. Once you click on this drop down, his name will be tagged in the comment, and he will be informed that he has been tagged in a post.
Now, the second method is quite new because Facebook only created this feature quite recently. You may not need to use the “@” symbol anymore if you want to tag a friend in a comment. All you have to do is type the name of your friend in the comment bar with the first letter of his name capitalized. If you do this, you should see a drop down with your friend’s name on it. When you click on that, your friend will be tagged in the comment.
Since this feature is quite new, not many people know about it yet. If you want to better understand the different ways on how to tag someone in Facebook comment, check out the FAQs section of Facebook to know more.
